This is a wonderful satin finished filament. A mix of 75% Virgin Quality PLA and 25% Virgin “secret sauce” to give you a filament that is strong, easy to print and which leaves you with a stunning finish.
Get your print settings right on this filament and you will definitely feel the “WoW” factor. “You can’t even see the layer lines”, is a common phrase which you will hear once you show off your 3D prints made with the 3D FilaPrint Satin PLA filament. Available in a range of vibrant colours.
This 1kg of filament spool is shrink wrapped, boxed and shrink wrapped yet again! Ensuring that it arrives with you moisture free and ready to print. You don’t print with the packaging do you?

I received my first load of this filament as a sample, after being recommended it by a very nice man from the 3D Filaprint office. I’d actually been looking at it for a while, thinking “Well it looks great, but not sure what I’d use it for”. As you can see from the photo, never say never! This filament is just gorgeous, and if you need a dark pink silk finish filament this really should be the first one you try. No printing issues at all, just used the standard settings stated on the box in my Zortrax M200 Plus and it came out beautifully. It has a very rich sheen when polished with a lot of depth to the colour, and I’m pretty sure I’ll be using on a lot more things in the future. One TINY (and I mean microscopic) niggle though; it’s not actually fluorescent. Fluorescent colours glow under UV light, I have a UV lamp as I use a lot of photopolymer resin and as gorgeous as this filament is, it doesn’t glow under UV. That REALLY isn’t a criticism though, it still looks fantastic. Highly recommended!
