The material improves upon other glass fiber nylon options in the marketplace by using a custom glass fiber fill percentage and a premium nylon blend to achieve excellent printing characteristics and surface finish. Every roll of material is manufactured in the United States.

I am always on the lookout for new and better materials for my small combat robots. For some time I have been using Taulman Alloy 910 for its strength and impact resistance but the very flex that enables it to absorb impacts means it is not stiff enough for some structural uses. Recently I have found your Nylon CF15 Carbon Fibre which gave a much better structural stiffness while still printing very easily. But this Glass Fibre Alloy Nylon gives the same mechanical properties and ease of printing but with two great advantages. First it prints on a bed at 55 C where the CF15 requires 80 C. ( my printer takes ages to get the bed up to the higher temp. ) Second being white rather than black it is possible to colour it using nylon clothes dye.
