ABS Plus filament Red, net weight of 1 kg (2.2 lbs), in the welding positions on the outer diameter 210 mm on the reel, with an inside opening of 60 mm diameter and a width of 62 mm. The filament is vacuum sealed and contains a bag that absorbs moisture and allows the filament to remain fresh. The thickness of the ABS filament is 1.75 mm or 2.85 mm.
ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) filament is stiffer, stronger and flexible. It is mainly designed for professional use. Most often it is used for the production of prototypes, which must withstand higher temperatures. Finished products that are made of ABS filament are very durable and impact resistant. For good results, you must print at a temperature of 230–260°C.
AzureFilm ABS Plus is perfectly printed on Zortrax, Ultimaker and similar printers. For printing with an ABS filament, we recommend that the printer be closed and the bed should be heated to 100–120°C. Please note that the range in the printing temperature may slightly differ depending on the use of other printers.
If the printed product of ABS filament is placed under a cup with wipes soaked in acetone, it becomes smooth, and there are no noticeable layers in the 3D printing that appear during the printing process. The product should be left under the cup for about five minutes.

Not sure if there’s a trick to printing this stuff but it’s given me an awful lot of grief. I use almost entirely ABS on my printer and I don’t usually have any issues. I use an Ultimaker S5 with the material station. I’ve tried many different printing temperatures and build plate temperatures. Currently on 120C build plate and it’s 50/50 whether it actually sticks to the bed. When it does stick to the bed, some layers don’t stick together. I use no cooling and it is seemingly random as printing two of the same part it will sometimes stick and sometimes it’ll print uneven. I’ve had a lot of issues with warping too. I bought 2kg of the stuff and so far not very impressed with the first 500g or so I have tried to find the right settings.
I will update the review if I figure it out. Maybe I have a dud. Will try the other spool and see what happens too.
