Description
Fillamentum CPE (co-polyester) is a high-technical material for the FFF (also known as FDM) 3D printing technology. A super chemical resistant filament, prefect for prototyping.
Engineered for quality and easy printing with features that will dwarf all PET based materials.
This co-polyester contains bio based monomer and can be recycled. Therefore, it is a human-friendly and eco-friendly material. For all the colours in this filament range Fillamentum guarantee FDA certification.
Fillamentum CPE HG100 has great optical properties, very high gloss and clarity. The transparency and strength are also preserved in thin-wall prints from transparent colors.

PET-G
Overview
A versatile middle ground between PLA and ABS.
PET-G Is stronger than PLA but easier to print with than ABS. The glycol in this material makes the filament less brittle and resistant to water, chemicals, and solvents. It is naturally clear, making it the go-to filament for translucent prints.
The strength and durability of a PET-G filament vary depending on the brand. An easy way to check if one PET-G is stronger than another is by comparing the tensile strength value of each filament. If printed in a sterile, FDA-approved environment, PET-G can be used to create food-safe prints.
Due to its strong and durable nature, PET-G can be difficult to finish with post-processing methods such as sanding. Prints may also be difficult to paint or glue together. Depending on printer and slicer settings, you may experience small hairs over the surface of prints caused by stringing. These can be removed with a heat gun or lighter.

Fantastic Filament
I bought 3 rolls of this in different colours only to find I couldn;t print to the high temperature it required, so after doing an extruder upgrade I’m able to print it. How does it print ?, well I have to say it’s one of the easiest filaments I’ve printed, I use 70 degrees on the bed and 255 degrees at the hot end, no warping or distortion, sticks to the bed just fine and the prints look great. If your looking for FDA approved and have alist of items to print that involve contact with food then this is the one to buy.
