taulman3D is pleased to offer our customers an entire new line of 100% recycled polymers for 3d printing. Every product in the Enviro filament line is made with fully recycled plastic feedstock and sits on 100% recycled cardboard spools.
Tens of thousands of parts have been 3d printed with this 100% recycled PETG filament, offering our customers a way to 3d print more parts and impact the environment less.
FULLY RECYCLED FILAMENTS AND SPOOLS
Fully recycled plastic feedstock on fully recycled cardboard spools. In addition to the plastic being fully recycled, all spools in the Enviro line are made from fully recycled cardboard.

A TRULY UNIQUE OFFERING
We looked around the world and found a few problems with existing “recycled” filaments. They use a small percentage of recycled plastic, do not print well or were only using carboard spools with virgin resin.
taulman3D set out to offer a completely recycled product, from filament to spool, and tested Enviro PETG on dozens of printing platforms to ensure consistency and quality.
A versatile middle ground between PLA and ABS.
PET-G Is stronger than PLA but easier to print with than ABS. The glycol in this material makes the filament less brittle and resistant to water, chemicals, and solvents. It is naturally clear, making it the go-to filament for translucent prints.
The strength and durability of a PET-G filament vary depending on the brand. An easy way to check if one PET-G is stronger than another is by comparing the tensile strength value of each filament. If printed in a sterile, FDA-approved environment, PET-G can be used to create food-safe prints.
Due to its strong and durable nature, PET-G can be difficult to finish with post-processing methods such as sanding. Prints may also be difficult to paint or glue together. Depending on printer and slicer settings, you may experience small hairs over the surface of prints caused by stringing. These can be removed with a heat gun or lighter.
