eSUN drying box for 3D printing filaments

Description

• Specifically designed to dry 3D printer filament and remove moisture from various kind of filaments. eBOX will keep filament dry during printing, provide a dry storage environment for 3D printer filament. Great companion for any FDM 3D printers.  A must for when printing with moisture sensitive filaments, such as Nylons, Carbon fiber, Matte fibers, wood like filaments ect, especially during long print times when you filaments is exposed for an extended period.

• eBOX can keep heating up to your preset temperature, and keep working until up to the preset time. Built-in rotating shafts allow the filament to continuously rotate the in dryer box to keep them dry, improve effect of your 3D model and achieve a good printing experience.

• eBOX can weigh the weight of empty spool and filament net weight, weighing by two units g / lb, maximum weighing load 2KG, monitor the remaining filament weight in real time. Transparent lid could check the usage of filament without open the lid

• Sealed protection, comprehensive dust-proof and no impurities. With a special tank for dryer bag and Anti-slip foot pad, which is convenient for recycling. Equipped with LED screen, the light can be turned off automatically to save power.

• Maximum Capacity of eBOX Dryer Box is 200*73mm. eBOX works perfectly with the diameters 1.75mm/2.85mm/3.00mm PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Silk, Marble, Nylon, PA-CF, PVA and other 3D printer filament, especially those moisture sensitive filaments.

5 Mode Setting:

• Gram Mode GRAM: After switching on, the default mode is Gram Mode. The screen displays the weight in Gram, the displayed number is the total weight of 3D printer filament and empty spool. Empty spool weight can be set in WOC Mode.
• Pound Mode POUND: Press the mode button once and switch to Pound Mode. The screen displays the weight in LB, the displayed number is the weight of rest filaments.
• Weight Setting Mode WOC: Press the mode button twice and switch to the Weight Mode. The screen displays the weight in Gram, the displayed number is the weight of empty spool.
• Temperature Setting Mode TEMP: Press the mode button three times and switch to the Temperature Mode. There are 4 gear in total. The bigger the number is, the higher the temperature will be. “0” means no heating. The higher the gear, the higher the temperature inside the box, the lower the humidity inside the box.
• Heating Time Setting Mode TIME: Press the mode button four times and switch to the Heating Time Mode. The screen displays the heating time in Hour, the displayed number is the rest heating time.

4 Level Setting for Temperature & Humidity:

• Gear 1 — Hot Plate Temperature: 50; Inside Temperature: 36; Inside humidity: 30%.
• Gear 2 — Hot Plate Temperature: 60; Inside Temperature: 40; Inside humidity: 28%.
• Gear 3 — Hot Plate Temperature: 70; Inside Temperature: 45; Inside humidity: 24%.
• Gear 4 — Hot Plate Temperature: 80; Inside Temperature: 50; Inside humidity: 15%.
• Warm Tips: Above parameters are testing under 20 of temperature and 62% of humidity in the room. The temperature and humidity in the box will slightly change due to different environments.
