Easily keep your 3D printer filaments at an optimal storage condition and free from dust or dirt before opening the vacuumed sealed packaging.

How to Store:

1. If you are going to leave your printer inactive for more than a couple of days, please retract the filament to protect your printer nozzle.

2. In order to extend the life of your filament, please place the unsealing filament back to original vacuum bag and stock it in a cool and dry place after print.

3. When storing your filament, please feed the loose end through the holes on the edge of the filament reel to avoid winding, so that it feeds properly when you use it next time.

For optimal printing results during difficulty, dry the material at 55℃ for more than 4 hours before use. It is recommended to use the eBOX lite during printing to maintain these conditions.

A short-range dual-wheel reduction extruder is recommended for printing flexible designs. The eTPU-95A material is typically challenging to print with a non-direct extruder. If using a non-direct extruder, print at a slower speed, ideally at or below 20mm/s.

Impurities can accumulate in the nozzles after extended printing periods. Use cleaning lines to maintain nozzle cleanliness and replace the nozzles and throats with new ones when necessary.
