High Toughness:

eSUN Hard Tough Resin has good combination of hardness and toughness, strong adhesion of the model and easy to detach after forming.

Recommended Print Parameter:

  • Bottom Exposure Time: 20-30s
  • Normal Exposure Time: 6s
  • Print Thickness: 0.025-0.05mm
  • Number of Bottom Layers: 3-8

Note: The above are the exposure parameters on the LCD3.0 machine. Actual print parameters are based on the 3D printer model you use.

How to Use:

  • 1) Shake well before use, prohibiting the use of resin in places where there is a lot of sunlight.
  • 2) Wear gloves before use to avoid direct contact with the skin and keep the room ventilated.
  • 3) Inadvertent contact, as soon as possible to use a lot of water rinse. If you feel unwell, seek timely medical attention.
  • 4) Once the model is complete, please wash it with high 95% degree or higher ethanol alcohol for 30 seconds at least.
  • 5) Do not pour the resin in the resin vat into the unused resin, do not leave the resin in the resin vat for a long time without use to avoid resin pollution affect the printing effect.

How to Store your resin:

  • 1) Keep away from light seals at room temperature. (Sunshine contains a lot of UV light and will solidify photosensitive resin.)
  • 2) It is recommended to store the resin under 15C -35 in a sealed container. Avoid any dusty or moist environments.
  • 3) The resin is stable under different climatic conditions and is also easy to store, overcoming the shortcomings of other resins.

Safe Packaging:

  • Thickened aluminium bottle completely protected from light. Leak-proof bottle fully wrapped with a plastic bubble bag to make sure the resin stays in place where they belong.

    prints well, detail ok so far, although my parts have been simple geometry. it does stay sticky after ipa wash and curing , but i found drying them for 24hours on the radiators or somewhere warm helped to reduce the stickness after cure, and after time by the window its goes. i managed to brake the part, but i did purposely do drop tests, starting with its own weight, ramping it up to a full throw, the part was 2.5 mm thick in places, so i believe it gave their, its way stronger and tougher than standard resin, not sure with hitting it with a hammer tho… this stuff is ”’EXTREMLY TOXIC””, i mean it will make you ill. ive have to put it in the out house to print, i’ve worked in plastic industry before, from casting with many different materals, to fiber glassing, and this stuff is by far the worst stuff ive ever come by, i use a chemical filter on my gas mask, and just the fumes off my cloths is terrible, after i walk away from ther printer, and thats even before the printer starts. this stuff is very sensitive to light, it starts going off stright away, while i was taking the printed parts off the bed and washing them, (5-10) mintues, the suface of the resin Reservoir formed a skin, havent had that with my standard resin. i have been printing in cold weather(10*C) and its been fine, it is way below the recommend temperature, but ive had no problems so far, as i said earlier, ive been printing in my out house (shed) been printing on the creality halot one. i will use again because its good and happy with its overall toughness, but may try others first to compare, because this stuff is so toxic.

      Hi Matthew,

      You are absolutely correct and you made the proper adjustments needed. All 3D printing resins are toxic and should be handled correctly and in the appropriate environment. As for the stickiness, you’re clearly using the correct methods, all we can recommend is that you use fresh IPA (if you’re not already) as old and re-used IPA can become inefficient at washing resin after time. It’s good to hear feedback on the strength.
