Polymaker PolyFlex TPU-90A 1.75mm Grey flexible 3D Printing filament 750gms

PolyFlex TPU-90A, created from Covestros Addigy™ family, is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) based filament designed to provide a high degree of flexibility without compromising on printing ability. Displaying a high resistance to ultra-violet (UV) light, this filament is perfectly suited to demanding applications in a variety of environments.

The shore hardness of this new TPU is 90A and the elongation of break of it is 638.8%  ± 15.5. This delivers printed parts with incredible toughness that can stretch over 6 times before breaking. Displaying more ductility than PolyFlex TPU-95A (shore hardness 95A) while maintaining the same printability thanks to an improved melt index. Its UV resistance opens the door to exterior applications where flexibility and durability are required. PolyFlex TPU-90A is available in black, white, grey and teal.

Printer Compatibility: One of our main goals when developing PolyFlex was to make it easy for everyone to use.  Flexible filaments are known to be difficult to work with. Well not any more. PolyFlex is designed to be compatible with almost all desktop FDM/FFF printers and requires no hardware modification.  Not only does it print smoothly but adheres well to a large variety of surfaces with no need for a heated build plate leaving you to think about nothing other than what model your going to print.
