There is no claim that PrintBite is the holy grail of printing surfaces (although it does comes close), however we do claim that it is the easiest material to use whilst also being the most cost effective versatile all round printing surface available today!

This is a great addition to your print bed. It works superbly on my Ooznest Prusa i3 for PLA and PETG running at the recommended bed temperatures for each. I have had less success with ABS filament with the PrintBite, but this is purely down to my printer’s inability to maintain a bed temperature higher than about 97 degrees whilst printing. It’s an open frame printer with limited bed heating capability. (One day I’ll get a 240v heat pad and rlay for mine and have another go.) You will have more success with an enclosed printer, or a more powerful heated bed providing you can reach the required temperature of about 115 degrees. In Summary: a great addition to your 3D printer providing you can maintain the required bed temperatures. If you just print PLA and PETG, your 3D printing life will be much simpler. I just love the way the print pops off the bed as it cools down, no scraping, chiselling or spatulas required!
